Shipping Information Orders will be shipped within seven days, or you will receive an email explaining the delay. Botanical Propaganda items, as well as those from St Jacobs Candles are made in small batches from scratch. While most items on website are in inventory, some of the others need to be made per order causing delays. We use Canada Post Standard Nation Wide Shipping. We will send you an email with tracking as soon as we receive it.  Canada wide shipping is $14, and free for orders over $125. US Standard shipping rates are $30 and free for orders over $200.

We also offer curbside pickup at The Colony House at 878 Weber St. N., Waterloo, ON N2V 0H2. If you choose this method, we will contact you once your order is ready. This usually takes several days, and our hours of curbside pickup are limited to our seasonal hours of operation.
